Ross Lechner
Ross Lechner is a fourth-year biology student from the Bay Area. He joined the UC Fit lab to explore preventative methods of medical treatment and promote the lab mission statement of “exercise is medicine”. He previously served as a student lab coordinator exploring exercise intervention in at-risk populations and optimizing performance of elite athletes.
Outside of the lab, Ross embodies the UC Fit tenants as an avid runner and mountaineer. He hopes to pursue a career in emergency medicine.
